World wide schools have had dress codes that targets and shames the female form for too long. We stand for them to make changes to the dress code so that there is more equity in our community.

Female students have experienced problems because of the school dress code. We have had times where we then missed out on education because our SHOULDERS are showing. Tall and curvy women are targeted even more, as the school dress code targets hiding legs and bodies/figures.ALSO, it is rare that male students are stopped at school or sent home or go to ISS/lunch detention or have to call parents for how they dress, and the dress code is seemingly designed to accommodate their lacking of self control around us women. This has then affected several of our lives by making people feel ashamed of their bodies/figures then increasing insecurities, and ultimately hindering female students ability to learn. 

I have also been personally affected by this issue. For how I cannot wear certain things to school. With my experience and the experiences of others in our school, it is clear that the need for change has arrived. 

I am a lady. If you are sexualizing me YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
