We call out all the sailors to sign this petition to get our basic salary increment. 
We Indian Sailors play a huge role in International Shipping and work tirelessly on ships. 

But still our salaries what we are getting today is same as it was 15-20 Years ago. 

In all other professions, the Basic Pay income has increased over the years with growing demands of the world. But for sailors who sacrifice our normal lives and stay away from our families, sailing in oceans in Limited resources still get paid less. 

We request everyone to sign this petition and that all relevant authorities give our concerns a consideration. It is us the Sailors who are the main reason because of which world trade remains working and at the end of the day we should at least get some increments in our salaries on all Ranks.
