The new postmaster assigned to post office "district 5" located at 3984 Crenshaw Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90008 (Crenshaw Blvd & 39th Street) is intentionally instructing mail carriers to not deliver mail in the area. It sometimes goes weeks without any mail or packages being delivered in zip code 90008. The carriers would mark packages as delivered, but do not delivered the packaged to residents and businesses. Our community heavily rely on daily mail service from USPS in a timely manner. The neighborhood is occupied by 75% of elders; some who rely on receiving monthly medication and other time sensitive documents, doctors appoints, etc. from USPS. If residents of the community go to the post office to ask questions about mail not being delivered or missing packages. The staff inside the location are extremely rude, disrespectful, and confrontational and refused to provide any helpful information. The community has filed numerous complaints against that post office location, but all complaint cases are closed by local post station staff without any resolution are valid answer. We are asking that the post office inspector general replace and terminate the current postmaster Mr. Nelson at post office location Crenshaw Blvd & 39th Street location.
