My friend Laby (8badjh) has been wrongfully banned on the game “Hello Sweet Days.” Laby is an important person to our community and it hasn’t been the same since she got her account banned. Laby has experienced countless harassment, bullying and racism ever since she started playing. It’s beyond imaginable on what Laby has been through for the past year. 

On September 29th, 2022 Laby’s account was permanently suspended by Cocone’s support team. The reason being “Inappropriate expressions such as slander, complaints”, ect. This reason is not entirely true as Laby’s account was targeted by other players when she was standing up for herself. We believe her account was mass reported by racist players including one in particular. They have been harassing and stalking Laby for some time now. As a reaction to this specific player’s harassment and racism, Laby told them, “When are you going to kick the bucket.” Laby had every right to respond in this matter, it is not fair for her to be punished for it. Not to mention, she had only received TWO warnings instead of three like Cocone’s support team originally stated. Her second warning was only her FIRST warning. After she got her “third” warning, her account was terminated. 

 This situation speaks volumes about Cocone’s ethnics and morals. It seems they do not care about protecting black players on this game. They let racist trolls run rampant on their game just because they spend money on the game. If you spend money on this game, you have a massive influence and can ban POC within a click of a button. It’s truly disgusting how greedy  Cocone can be to let this happen. Is this what Cocone represents as a company? Would this be a perfect representation of Sanrio too? Condoning racism and wrongfully banning POC left and right. UNBAN LABY!
