There are no bathrooms at the end of some bus routes and there's no adequate place to have a lunch. We as employees come to work and perform our job with professionalism and skillful driving to ensure that every person that we transport arrives to their destination safely. Operating a bus on a daily basis and maneuvering throughout traffic take a lot of concentration as well as energy, so when it's our appropriate time for lunch, we need that time to rejuvenate for the next half of our shifts. Some employees have health issues, hygiene issues, religious practices, healthy regimes, and some need time to check on their families, but these simple humane acts are not achievable because of the unacceptable locations. The job of working with the public is stressful enough, why add more stress on the employees?

Let's ask the question of who the people are that sits in a nice warm or air-condition office that make the decision of where fallbacks should be taken?

Do that come out of their offices to the location and check to see if it's a safe location and are there any restrooms that an employee could use comfortably and privately?

Why does the Local 241 ATU approve the run paddles and not even take inconsideration fallback locations along with the runs?
