Nasir Gilani started this petition to UN Human rights and

Purpose: The sue the State of India in the International Court of Justice and register a formal complaint with the UN Human Rights Commission due to the following issues:

Issues:

  1. India has failed to start International Flights, which effects directly, if not millions, thousands of Indian citizens to lose their jobs internationally or forcefully remain separated from their loved ones.
  2. Indian Govt has imposed excessive Covid-19 restrictions and even after multiple lockdowns, failed to contain Covid-19. This failure is directly attributed to the utter incompetence of the Indian Govt and due to the selection of non-elected persons as Ministers. These non-elected Ministers have no pain for people of India and continue to steer the country into a further mess.

Action: at my own cost and time, I will file the petitions, provided sufficient evidence is either collected or kindly furnished by signatories.

India MUST start International flights urgently.

I request you to kindly support the cause.
