By signing below I hereby attest and agree to statement brought forth originally by Jorge Velez.  The lack of leadership and environment created has become detrimental to the success of the business.  The culture being pushed forward has left the staff morale depleted.  The overall lack of presence on the floor to support staff during critical situations and to maintain the general functionality of a successful restaurant is disheartening.  The choice to not follow procedures and policies sets a tone amongst the staff that professionalism is not considered a viable quality.  The staff has been subjected to selective actions, discrimination, and falsified information.  In reference to solutions to these issues; standards and accountability should not only fall on premiere management staff of this location.  We humbly request a staff meeting to discuss these issues with corporate resources excluding parties in question.
