Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24th February 2022, the Russian Armed forces have:

Blocked supplies of grain from Ukraine to create a world food shortage.

Destroyed the second largest grain store in Ukraine to further exacerbate the problem.

Attacked and occupied Chernobyl, and shelled Europe's largest Nuclear Power Plant in Zaporizhia.

The Russian Military repeatedly:

Uses mass rape against both sexes and all ages as a weapon of war.

Tortures innocent Ukrainians who refuse to collaborate.

Fire at unarmed civilians, evacuation convoys and humanitarian aid supplies.

Shell houses, schools, hospitals, museums, churches where there are no military.

Use phosphorous, cassette, and other weapons prohibited under International Law.

Launch missiles over the Nuclear Power Plant risking a European disaster 10 times the size of Chernobyl in 1986.

Threaten to use weapons of mass destruction if allies supply weapons to Ukraine.

Restrict and even refuse water, food and medication to residents in occupied areas.

These events are part of the so-called military tactics of the Russian Federation, authorised and/or ordered by the highest level of authority. 

This is not the first time these tactics have been used, and they will be used again, unless the Russian Federation has certain privileges removed such as military supplies. 

This can only be achieved successfully by declaring the Russian Federation a sponsor of terrorism.
