Hi all,
The Vanquis Bank recrutes its customers in the shopping centres mostly visited by low income people. They do not make a profound investigation about people's income but make them except their credit card that has the highest interest rate in the United Kingdom.
It is not possible to swap their credit card with another one. People are caught in a dead end of paying most of their income just in order to avoid going bankrupt once the credit is consumed because of hardship.
I believe that this bank owes his customers a lot because of the exploitation and the frustration they cause.
