Despite terms and conditions of Groupon refunds, thousands of people lose their money they have worked hard for due to Groupon failing to adhere to their refund procedures.
Groupon customer service continues to fail its customers and continues to keep the money despite failure to provide services paid for.
Consumer rights should be reviewed with regards to Groupon and their failure to adhere to their terms and conditions and taking money from the public despite failure to provide the service paid for.
