Stop using animal gelatine in medicine capsules

Beef and or pork gelatine is used in the vast majority of medicine capsules. This means that an increasing number of people can't or shouldn't take them because of their religious or animal welfare beliefs.
Most of the drugs can be dispensed in a liquid form, but not only this is messy, not necessarily accurate, but in the most part, more expensive.
Vegetarian capsules are available, I would like to see pharmaceutical companies switching to these as a matter of course and stop using animal products unnecessarily in the packaging of medicines.
