In the wake of the COVID 19 many companies are ignoring Government guidelines stating companies and businesses should support and strongly advise their employees on the vulnerable list to work or stay at home. 

These companies are failing a duty of care to these employees and the country as whole by allowing their vulnerable employees to be in the workplace and at risk. 

I have had many conversations with people who tell me their employers' do not understand or do not WANT to understand what the government has been asking of them. 

Therefore please support this petition to the Government to enforce companies to comply to the Government Guidelines with regards to protecting vulnerable employees and not to be counterproductive to the COVID 19 effort
