To stop and capture the horrific and Haunting abuse which has happened to Arthur and so many millions of other children , please vote and sign this petition going to Parliament for the ability to use High end technical SURVEILLANCE on all suspected cases of abuse.

CHANGE THE WHOLE PROCESS

With the technology we have today we should not be sending in people unarmed , trying to use all the intuition they have, and trying to gain the truth out of Psychopaths or read the possible text book signs, they need capturing accurately , society needs the proof to do that and the proof to stop it, then they can REMOVE the child INSTANTLY and then they are 100% caught in the act for appropriate sentancing.

I would definitely vote for whatever technology can zoom into a suspected home and listen, record and gain access to all devices possible, had this of been done in the first instance ARTHUR would still be ALIVE.
