The Government’s financial package is broad but complicated and hard to administer so people get help when they need it. 
Simplify it. Find a way to reduce the need to claim help or ask for a loan, and save everyone anxiety, time and money. Tell all non-essential workers to stay home for 3 weeks, and the Government will pay their wages direct through their employers. Non-salaried workers, zero hours contractors etc can be paid through the benefits system.
