The EU brought in a stop to mobile roaming charges. UK mobile operators agreed to this and stated they had no plans to bring them back after brexit. EE and Vodafone now have decided to bring back charges. These charges are unfair and will mean your costs will increase each time you go abroad. Just to call or text to say I have arrived safely will from 2022 cost you more. We need the UK Government to stand up to this and stop the mobile operators cashing in.
