Court orders that mean nothing or a dad(parents) time with his children taken away. All to often to many dads are missing, birthdays, Christmas holidays and special occasions because of the power a mother has. This I believe to be unfair and discriminating, as this allows one parent to have the power to decide and even take away access to the other parent. All to often, dads are left powerless to do anything. They are left to pay child support, juggle jobs and on top of this, try to find money to pay solicitors and court fees just to see their children for a weekend. This must stop and needs to change. Dads need to stand up for other dads, grandparents and even mothers who agree this system is unfair, stop using the children, they are people too.
