Most of barking & Dagenham residents have disagreed to have cpz.

the council have provided no proof that residents of Barking and Dagenham want cpz installed.

Only some areas of Barking and Dagenham had meetings. Where other areas had no meetings.

cpz should not be forced with out the backing of the residents of Barking and Dagenham.

cpz is a new money making system for the council.

making residents pay for permits to park outside their own homes. When in talks, we was informed the first car would be free. (NOW IT ISNT AND WE HAVE TO PAY)

Council Say The Fire Brigade And Dust Carts Cant Get Down Your Road. We have never had problems getting down the roads As The Roads Are Very Empty With No Parking Issues. the roads are the same size and have been for years.

i would say dust carts and workman make the problems due to leaving bins in the roads. blocking traffic.

But barking & dagenham council had made it clear the whole of barking & dagenham are going to get cpz, forcing payments on residents when not needed.

we pay vehicle tax (VED) which is based on emissions of your car.

the council are forcing Cpz a parking tax based on the emissions of your car, on the whole of the borough, which needs to be reviews against the dvla, as we shouldnt have to pay the same bill twice for parking via Car emission.

either dvla lower the vehicle tax (Ved) and then cpz come into place, or the council scrap the cpz parking tax they are forcing us to pay. 

They don’t care about helping us residents. Just making it worse for parking and taking your money. If you want to get this cpz scraped we all have to fight for what is right.

if Barking and Dagenham council are not going to listen, then I say sign this petition and let’s start standing up to this council 

we pay council tax. We pay car tax.

why should we let this council make a new tax for us residents to pay yearly.
