Universities must reduce higher education tuition fees for undergraduates and postgraduate students in response to the COVID situation.

- Classes have switched from physical attendance to virtual webinars.

- Materials reduced drastically due to remote contact with students which has placed the onus on the students to chase the publishers and the universities have no interferences.

- Less support from lecturers due to lack of human interaction and calendar availability for just a zoom call!

- Research is mainly conducted by students online as the lecture/seminar is slotted for 2 hours, again no material provided as they are all online, and all materials available is on google (I am paying for my wifi too!)

- No free access to students campus, library or any university facilities, only based on slot booking and availability, yet they do not encourage it.

- University staff inappreciative of the stress this has placed on the students due to the inconveniences and do nothing about it, they do not even show sympathy, nor employ more staff to deal with the number of queries by students. So where is the money going to? I do not want to fund the new campus which I will probably not see because I would have graduated by then due to the 'unforeseen circumstances.'

- Everything is self-taught, classes are held by the lecturer reading what is on the slides, which we can do in our own time.

- In addition to multiple technical errors and system breakage due to the number of users entering at once, thus causing more frustrations and distress for students.

- University students paid the exact amount of the courses this year yet they received all books, materials, time from their lecturers, library facilities and other facilities available by the university and we have not even half of the service provided and paying the exact same amount, it is not fair.

And many more reasons! University degrees are ripping us off, we are paying annually from £9000 to sit in front of the screen all day, conduct our own research and attend to listen to a lecturer read from the slides and handouts, we are paying and will be in debt to the country with thousands of pounds to teach ourselves, pay for our internet, our own time for research, extra funds for the books, materials, printing in addition to the medical issues such as back pains and eyesight restrains as well as the mental element of stress!
