Recycling banks in public parks over Summer!

All parks need to have better recycling facilities available to the public, even more so during the summer, even if these are temporary to help with the increase in waste.
During the summer months the parks are full of people enjoying the weather, socialising and relaxing, there has been news on people leaving rubbish behind which unfortunately does happen. When I've been leaving the parks they have been in a pretty good state. What i'm concerned about is the sheer amount of rubbish being left by bins, most of this rubbish can be recycled: Glass bottles, aluminium cans, cardboard and plastic.
I propose during the summer that there should be temporary recycle points in the parks which can be easily located, which can also be easy to understand. This will hopefully encourage doing the right thing with waste when at the parks is the social norm.
