Peter Gee started this petition to UK Parliament

In order to demonstrate that the speaker of the House of Commons has acted in a fair and impartial way, he should be required to publish the legal / clerk's advice he has received in relation to the blocking of no deal legislation, specifically the European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 6) Bill, in full or in summary, especially in relation to the requirement or otherwise for Queen's Consent

The LSE concluded in its article below that: "House of Commons procedural rules mean that the government is required formally to approve the Bill by affirming ‘Queen’s Consent’ to the Bill at the Third Reading stage. This is because the power to agree or accept an extension is normally exercised using a prerogative power. If passed, this statute would have the legal effect, by whatever means, of forcing the PM to agree an extension to the Article 50 process would manifestly ‘affect’ the prerogative for the purposes of the relevant test as to whether Queen’s Consent is required."

This would enable everyone to avoid or minimise speculation of bias or otherwise expose bias which should be fairly and reasonably challenged

Given that the Government has previously been required to publish legal advice previously expected to be kept confidential this is clearly less contentious and in the public interest than that previous precedent
