Many members of the British public have felt (by his words and actions) that John Bercow was impartial as House Speaker towards Brexit

Then just days after he stepped down as House Speak, John Bercow said in a recent newspaper interview - “I respect Prime Minister Johnson but Brexit doesn’t help us." - “It’s better to be part of the [EU] power bloc." - and finally he said about Brexit... that it was ‘the biggest mistake of this country after the war.’

If this doesn't show bias - I don't know what does? This man has single handedly railroaded our chances of coming out of the EU, frustrating the will and vote of 17.4 million+ people because of his own personal beliefs - and he thinks he is above the law.

We the people want to know if the former house speaker should be prosecuted for revealing his impartiality, which has destroyed his credibility as a "good" house speaker, kept us in the EU bloc - and made us lose confidence in our MP's and voting process.
