Prevent Theresa May from banning websites; GitHub and SourceForge

Theresa May is planning to launch wide-ranging internet regulations and security changes despite not winning an election majority.

She has an interest in banning websites such as GitHub and SourceForge.

Both of these sites are used by developers to aid various projects, such as encryption.

She wants no technology companies to be able to have their data withheld from the government. They want to have records on everyone's online communications.

This is an invasion of privacy and would also be crushing to all major and minor business that use these sites.

Let's not turn into a North Korea like country - where all online communication is monitored. We have human rights! (Well, at the moment).

Theresa May believes this will lower terrorist threat. She is wrong. Can someone please explain to Theresa May how computers and software works.
