UK should enforce 14 day quarantine on all, irrespective of nationality who enter UK once track and trace starts and review after 1 month.   Make use of hotels etc., funded by Govt to quarantine entrants, monitor temperature and test twice after 7 days for early release.

It seems fairer to the existing isolating population, who have helped reduce the infection  numbers, that we quarantine,  rather than allowing a free for all entry to UK.  Australia and New Zealand have been doing this till now and are lifting it shortly.   Some may have soon left the country after showing symptoms,  or within a week they could easily have symptoms out in the community. We should not allow people in who could be asymptomatic, let them go off and then have to track and trace them.
