During my time in the nightclub industry, I have seen many people die from the dangerous behavior of some companies and the managers running the venues. I have worked for a nightlclub in Hackney, which allowed the security to be importing and exporting  Class A drugs on the premises, over a sustained period of time. What was the result.... bully tactics by some and a weak DPS who did'nt even investigate or acknowledge drugs being stolen.

I want to hold these DPS to account and ensure they are running safe venues. I also want to challenge licensing committee members to actually work more actively to reduce crime and not be apart of the problem.

My plan three point plan is simple.

1 - To show evidence of misconduct to the effective bodies in these areas and work alongside various groups to eliminate abuse and misconduct

2- Protect employees who whistle blow, so they aren't penalized for being strong leaders.

3 - Work with the media in any upcoming  cases that are in the public domain to action change.

Lets not allow these individuals to be allowed to trade... Lets stop them
