- A simple and effective way to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and save lives. The U.K. should follow the example of the Czech Republic who mandated wearing masks in public on 18th March and have successfully controlled the spread of the virus. The statistics are staggering! Go to:- www.masks4all.org Opinion is now changing regarding the effectiveness of wearing masks, but we need to act positively now. The general public should not deprive frontline workers of their vital personal protection. The Czechs successfully made their own masks. If masks are not available then other alternatives, such tea towels or even scarves should be used as a face covering. Whilst not as effective as purpose made masks, these will afford some level of protection. SOME PROTECTION IS BETTER THAN NO PROTECTION.
