I had a baby at 22 weeks 3 days my baby boy junior I was told he wouldn't live for over 24 hours he survived for 12 days he was are little fighter he had a leak in his bad lung and new Cross hospital went to drain it but put it in he's good lung and puncherd he's good lung but did not tell me and my babys dad till thay discontinued he's care and he past away but now thay are saying I can't sue then as he ain't classed as a liable person because he was born before 24 weeks and the doctor that puncherd my babys lung will not admit it and put it in righting even though he told me and my babys dad in front of other Professionals please help get this changed a baby from 15 weeks pregnant started developing arms legs thay become a real person so please if we can get this to be changed so I can get some sort of justice for my baby boy junior it would mean so much to my family thank you
