Is there a misdirected amount of funding towards catching peoples out for stepping into bus lanes .... whilst safety around large cities is being sidelined ? 

We are getting through a pandemic .. funding will be short but we need the government to take accountability of the funds they do have and ensure open spaces are safe for all ... cameras act as a deterrent ...
