We would like for fireworks to be banned in all public areas, So the following areas:

1) Housing estates

2) Wildlife areas

3) Public parks/fields 

It is unfair on all animals & people who are scared or hate fireworks. People and animals shouldn’t have to suffer from people letting off fireworks too early or late, because it is just completely unfair having to be suddenly scared by the loud noises, and lights. 

Wild animals especially suffer from running around terrified trying to hide, because they have no home/shelter to hide away in to escape the loud noises. Wild animals will also not understand what they are or why they are going off. 

The environment, the public and the animals may also get hurt or suffer from accidents due to the loud noises/lights or even the litter that fireworks leave behind.
