The government banned all non essential foreign travel, all the UK airlines and travel companies have refunded holidays, but not ryanair, they're withholding customers hard earned money by claiming essential flights have to go ahead, they know which flights have been booked as holidays but are refusing refunds, making a fortune from people's misery. They should be brought to account, and until they repay monies they have basically stolen, they should be banned from all UK airports immediately. They have a website that is not fit for purpose and their customer service line has to be the worst in the industry. Michael oleary is a con man and needs to be stopped
