On the 17th of June 2020 a Beautiful 6 year old Boy named Arthur Labinjo-Hughes was brutally murdered.

He wasn't only brutally murdered. He was starved, beaten, posioned, tortured and denied basic human needs. 

We all watched the heartbreaking traumatic cctv footage of him struggling to get up and crying that nobody loves him and he wants dinner, aswell as a drink and nobody is going to feed him. I literally broke down watching that.

He died alone in that house and not one person that should have protected him did. He knew he was going to die and he died thinking he was nothing, that nobody loved him, that nobody would ever feed him, that he was abandoned. That little boy suffered horrendous and so do so many other children that our country fails.

I'm terrified that another lockdown will bring extreme suffering to yet another defenceless child and therefore I urge you to make it law that social services can turn up unannounced at any point of a child who's under there books even during a national lockdown.
