So as you all may know the COP26 in Glasgow is happening right now and that oil and fossil fuel is the biggest polluter for climate change.
      

Yet Boris Johnson says there is a ''Minute till midnight'' what means that there is only a minute till we cannot save the world from climate change and we need to act sooner than later, yet he wants to open a new oil field in Scotland. THIS MAKES NO SENSE!! If he does do this plan, not only is he contributing more the climate change, he isn't abiding by his pledge. I find this outraging 

We don't have that long till we can change climate change and we will have to adapt to the changes of the world around us. it's not fair if we ruin this planet for the future generations. Its not fair. 

Its not fair to everyone and the world we live in to destroy it for oil and money. Why need more oil when the UK possibly have loads of sources off oil. We don't need another one! Electric cars are becoming more popular and there has been a pledge on stopping the production of petrol and Diesel cars by 2030, but it looks like we are not going to make that agreement since the UK is lacking. 


You may be thinking "Its only one more oil field" but we don't need more. The government need to know and see different alternatives to fossil fuels before its too late.
