Stewart Peake started this petition to UK Parliament

Fireworks being sold to members of the public and still four days after bonfire night still being bombarded with fireworks late in to the evening.

Petition is to get Parliament to ban the selling of fireworks to members of the public and to make it a criminal offence if they are sold to members of the public.

Organisers of displays must be registered to purchase any form of firework and display a licence approving the display prior to and on the day and only provided by the local councils.

Fireworks should be restricted so that there is a limit on the noise they create.

A time limit on when the fireworks can be released up to for example 9pm.

Any establishments selling to unregistered organisers should face prosecution with the maximum penalty being £5000 fine and or 5 years in prison.

Perpetrators using fireworks in public including their own gardens if caught should face the same penalty.

Pets and pet owners, ex servicemen suffering PTSD and many many more people are terrified at this time of year.

Lets make Parliament debate this an get the law changed.
