Don't destroy our parks

The Infrastructure Bill now in the UK Parliament will encourage building on "brownfield sites" by transferring publicly owned land to the "Homes and Communities Agency". If they build houses on the sites of disused factories and warehouses, this is a good thing. However they define "brownfield" as "previously developed" land, which includes parks and playing fields. We need to change the definition to exclude parks and playing fields.
