I have to take large amounts of regular prescription medication. I am not alone. Every time I open the packets I have copious amounts of non recyclable single use plastics to dispose of. When I was younger we could get medications in reusable/recyclable plastic or glass containers which the pharmacist dispensed from a large container. Why can't we go back to this?

Our beautiful planet is drowning in plastic this should be an easy way to cut this down and give us a chance to change our ways.
