Whilst there is a legal requirement for CQC regulated providers of health and social care services to be  vaccinated against Covid-19, there is no such requirement for non regulated providers of social care services such as Personal Assistants. Those of us who are PAs support vulnerable members of society in the community, many carrying out the same tasks as carers in domiciliary care services and in nursing homes. It makes no sense that these workers should be excluded from the requirement and we urge that this exclusion is reviewed and revised with urgency.
