Closing schools when temperatures exceed 30°c

Students in schools are fainting, losing concentration and becoming ill due to the weather. This needs to change, we can't have students who are getting illnesses such as heat exhaustion, heat stroke and dehydration, schools usually have water fountains in and/or around school.
Secondary school students who usually wear shirts, blazers and ties are falling asleep in class due to this weather.
I personally care because this is a growing issue with the heat surpassing temperatures of 35° in some areas of the country, students have been sent home because of this.
This will change the way students work, they will be able to concentrate in all topics, for all subjects instead of struggling for fresh air.
