This has a major impact on my family as my Brothers murderer was sentenced to 15 years 2008 and his parole/release date is 2023 but he is allowed in out of Prison unsupervised amongst the public and his previous and my brothers crime was horrific he poses a risk to the public.I am concerned for my families safety as this Prisoner uses the same public transport and bus.It has been an unjustice to my brother.
