'Sack' David Davis MP under Recall of MP's Act 2015 and force a by-election

Brexit Committee: 06/12/2017
I followed the deliberations of the parliamentary Brexit Committee with interest today. To my disappointment and horror I watched David Davis, minister for DeXEu, show what I consider to be complete contempt for the committee and its work.
I demand that the Standards Commissioner takes action under section V clause 16 (below) of the 'The Code of Conduct for Members of Parliament'
16. Members shall never undertake any action which would cause significant damage to the reputation and integrity of the House of Commons as a whole, or of its Members generally.
I consider that the action of David Davis MP have breached clause 16 to such an extent that he should be suspended from the house for a period in excess of 10 sitting days or 14 days.
Further, I request that once such a suspension has been imposed then the Speaker of the House must take action under Second Recall condition under the 'Recall of MPs Act 2015'. The Speaker must then initiate the proceedings for a recall petition in the constituency of Haltemprice and Howden.
If the voters of Haltemprice and Howden get enough signatures for a recall petition David Davis will be subject to a by-election in order to keep his position as an MP.
I believe that if most people had behaved as he did when working for their employer they would be disciplined or dismissed.
This is the purpose, I believe, taken together, of the Standards Committee (House of Commoms) and the Recall of MPs Act 2015.
Please sign now to make our MPs properly accountable to the voters, and for the censure of David Davis
