Call for a second EU referendum in light of the election results

The recent UK election results have resulted in a strong turnout for an engaged electorate and in particular the young (the future of our country). There is clear widespread dissatisfaction with current government policies and we now have a much clearer idea of the implications of both a "soft" and "hard" brexit. I ask the Government to call another EU membership referendum to allow the electorate to express their opinion once more, having had a period of time to reflect on their earlier decision. Most financial decisions have a cooling off period and such an important decision for the future of our country should be no different.
