In a UK development, the Valley Park Development, there are plans to use gas boilers; These boilers are less renewable and more harmful to the environment, but have been chosen for the whole development as to reduce costs. We believe that the extra cost is worth the positive impact of using better boilers and that these boilers should be necessary for the development.
