Every year I hear of stories of animals and the elderly getting distressed about fireworks with bangs. I have seen other petitions to ban all fireworks to the public and only have organised displays but this means children/adults with limited mobility or those sensitive to crowds miss out. This is a part of British tradition that nobody should miss out on regardless of their situation.

 We should make fireworks less powerful for garden displays and quiet to keep everyone happy in built up areas. Only people with licences should be able to purchase display quality fireworks but again with no bangs.
