I care about this petition because nobody is liable or accountable for dog attacks and it keeps happening . 

Anyone that stands up to dog owners get the blame shifted on to them , gaslighted  or called a bully or told they are shaming people for their irresponsible actions .

Owners should be held accountable and liable for dog on dog attacks and it should be seen as a criminal offence as it's the owner of the hurt dog who had to pay for the vet bills .
