All New Buildings to include some form of renewable energy

UK energy prices seem to be on the up, and while people are keen to look into renewable energy, the initial cost can seem a bit daunting.

But what if all these new buildings already had it? what if it was just standard practice to have renewable energy from new built buildings?

Building developments seem to be on the up and up recently and it shocks me just how many of these new buildings incorporate no sort of renewable energy.

In this day and age , with the massive availability of solar panels and battery systems, i feel that it should be standard practice for all new developments, housing or commercial to incorporate solar panels, or solar water heaters.

There are a number of new technologies , Tesla's solar roof tiles, solar window panes.... we could be producing a massive amount of renewable power.

Thank you for your time.
