We the British People call upon the UK Government to put the welfare of the citizens of the UK before the welfare of known terrorists and terrorist sympathisers.

There are currently 3000+ individuals with links to terrorism walking the streets of the UK costing the taxpayer in excess of £6 billion per year

On Friday 28-year-old Usman Khan, killed two people and injured three others in the stabbing attack.

The attacker is a convicted terrorist who was wearing an electronic tag after being released halfway through a 16-year prison sentence for plotting to bomb the London Stock Exchange.

Had he served his full sentence then this incident would never have happened and two people would still be alive.

Boris Johnson has there were probably about 74 people convicted of serious offences who have been released from prison early.

This figure was confirmed by the Ministry of Justice.

We as the people of the UK would like to make it a legal requirement that all convicted Terrorists must serve every day of their sentence, with no exceptions.

The terrorist who attacked yesterday was sentenced 11 years ago under laws passed in 2008 which established automatic early release.

This system has got to be changed.

This simple change would have prevented attacks like last friday happening
