The opening of the A49 Westwood Link Road was opened to eliminate traffic congestion.
The road has created slower speed limits for surrounding roads but the new road has very little policing, no safety cameras and is simply being used as a race track by "boy racers".
It is only a matter of time before a fatality happens without safety measures in place.
