Over the period of time uk Parliament discuss how to sort out the illegal immigrants. Who lives in uk more then 10 years or more. As they did not pay tax and also a big headache for the government. I have the suggestion if govt make a appeal to those people to come forward who knows about the HGV and willing to do the job give them the short term visa. It will benefit the both they will pay taxes and also will be beneficial for the community and government  to resolve  the shortage of labour  and drivers.
