5 Days authorised holiday from School for children with attendance of 95%

By UK law children have to have a 'good level of education' they DO NOT have to be sent to a 'school'. Education can happen at home, privately or on family holidays. This is where they can learn about history, biology amongst other things and most of all how to be a family especially if their parents work and family time is limited. If a child has 95% attendance + they are by UK Law in receipt of a 'good level of education' and should be entitled to have 5 days term time holiday without being fined £60 for doing so as they are NOT by UK law breaking the law. A parent should put in a holiday request to the school for 5 days and if the child has 95% attendance + (not including medical/GP appointments) then this should be granted. I put it to the UK Parliment that they are punishing working class parents, who pay 'their wages' through tax and NI, that they are unfairly and unlawfully dictating to parents what they can and cannot do with their children, if by UK law they are having a 'good level of education'. Holidays in term time are more affordable and every parent should have the right to take their children on a holiday, without the ramifications of being unlawfully fined if the child is in receipt of a 'good level of education' and taken out in term time.
