Halloween was/is supposed to be a  fun time, originally to ward off evil where children dressed up in costumes depicting the other "spirit" world. Nowadays its pretty awful with grotesque images depicting violence and murder around your stores. Also adult fancy dress costumes that are meant to scare others. This is very frightening for young children as well as other adults, and especially upsetting for families of murder victims. Wilkinson's you say you are family friendly store: "we’ve always put our people and customers before profit. It’s about making business decisions that are morally spot on, ethically sound and well, the right thing to do" Please stand up for your younger customers and families and make the right decisions that are morally and ethically right for families. It would be really great if you could stop stocking such items out of respect. You have a social responsibility not to encourage our children to be unwittingly exposed to violence and inappropriate images. Please give parents a choice as to whether their children are exposed to these images.
