Because everyone with a long term, terminal illness has the right to exceptional health care. After all doesn't the government dossiers state that those with terminal illnesses should focus on "quality of life". How can this be achieved without the appropriate care put into place.

My son has Becker Muscular Dystrophy, he's 29 and was diagnosed when he was 7 yrs old. There is Still NO physio available on the NHS, he has to travel 100 miles round trip once a week to The Neuromuscular Centre in Winsford Cheshire, they are a charity that deals with Neuromuscular Disorders. Without them Chris would not be as comfortable as he is now. It is one of 2 in the UK... What does that tell us. 21st century, we should be moving on..

I am a healthcare professional working for the nhs as part of a multidisciplinary team and know first hand the importance and positive impact of a comprehensive MDT working with children with life limiting disease. Ther has been so much research and evidence is available to support and quantify the outstanding benefits an MDT has on a child with a complex condition.
If should be backed 100 percent
