I have spent like many trying to sell my Home and when i did in August 2021 with a exchange date for around December 2021 .The buyers kept delaying things and have with no reason pulled out in January 2022 letting me lose my deposit on the new home i was buying plus two lots of legal fees.Also they had a buyer who was chain free with a new baby so he also has lost money .I really feel we need to see a change in the Uk law that needs to fall in line with Scotland where once you agree to buy a property and agree it should be legally binding .There is a non stop issue in the Uk where people are being left at the last moments before exchage with bad buyers wasting time and costing people like me Thousands of pounds .So i urge everyone to sign this as we need urgent changes to this law we have in the Uk ..
